EXCELLENT! BODY WORK! VERY PROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT! GREAT PEOPLE! We are a MILITARY FAMILY. I live outside of the state. Our Son attends college in Portland. Our Son hit a pothole in his Nissan Sentra this week that he could not avoid in the road and his bumper started hanging on one side. I called MARY at ACP AUTO BODY. She is very Professional! She ordered his part super quickly and they did Quality work on the vehicle! ACP got him back on the road expeditiously! We Highly recommend everyone in the Portland area to go to ACP AUTO BODY! Can't say enough about this great auto repair place. My car looks brand new. From such a bad situation to a blessing. My car was detailed in and out. The owner and staff treated me like family. Im adopting all of them. Kept me informed and loaned me a truck for a few days until my car was all the way fixed. My rental from the insurance company only went 30 days. Steven, the manager, was very professional, sincere, and knowledgeable. He explained my repair options clearly and thoroughly, and provided estimates on the cost and repair time. The parts he ordered arrived exactly on schedule, and when the repairs took less time than anticipated, Steven adjusted my final cost down, without hesitation, and the repairs look fantastic. From that one engagement with ACP Auto Body Collision, it is very clear to me why they have prospered for over 25 years and why they receive such exceptional reviews. It's nice to find family-owned businesses that are run so well.  In the future, any time I need repair work done on my car, this is the first--and probably the only--place I will call. ACP Auto Body is the best shop I've been to. They were able to get me in the shop pretty immediately despite being backed up a bit for the Labor Day holiday. I brought in my own bumper cover replacement which took time to expand, but they were still willing to work with it. I dropped off my car when they opened, and it was ready for pickup at 10:30. Their pricing for the service seemed fair and reflected the labor done. Plus, it was convenient to reach the shop thanks to the MAX trains nearby. Everyone in the shop was super courteous too! Thanks.
